Welcoming villa in Flayosc, 20min walk from the village, 30min from the coast and 35min from the Gorges du Verdon.

When you arrive, all you have to do is unpack and settle in! Beds are already made up, towels are provided and you can start your vacation with a glass of rosé in our outdoor lounge or on one of our 2 covered terraces.
The swimming pool (heatable at extra cost) welcomes you, along with an outdoor shower and an official-standard pétanque court (boules supplied, pastis to be provided by you)
The house includes 4 large bedrooms (equipped with beds 2x180cm, 1x160cm, 2x 90cm + cot), 1 bathroom and shower and 1 shower room as well as 3 separate toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges-freezer...), a Nespresso and Dolce Gusto machine are at your disposal, as well as a toaster, fruit press etc. In short, you'll feel right at home.A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.Air conditioning is available on the ground and first floors
The house is equipped for people with reduced mobility, with an entrance on the lower level and access via a stair lift to the upper floor
The village of Flayosc is renowned for its lively atmosphere and its many restaurants, some of which are listed in gastronomic guides.The villa is located on a little-used street just outside the village, ensuring peace and quiet.
There are plenty of ideas for excursions within a 30-minute drive of the property (Sillans la Cascade, Tourtour, the Villecroze caves, Lac de Sainte Croix and the Verdon...)
